Introduction
     Dalian International Marathon Race is one of the International-standard Marathon Race listed by International Road Running Association and China Athletic Association of Road Running Committee. From the first session of Dalian International Marathon Race with ten thousand persons participation in 1987 till now, Dalian has held successfully 23 nd sessions of marathon races. The Race is one of the most historical Marathon Race in domestics. Over the years, under the correct leadership of Dalian City Committee and Government, and with great support and participation from social all circles and general public, Dalian Marathon has got sustained and healthy development.Currently it is a large-scale sporting event with the combination of the mass and competition.
