1. Method of participating the race
(1)
Age Regulation
1.
The age for Marathon of full range/ half range, and the age for wheelchair marathon of full range/ half range are all above18 (born before April 20, 1990);
2.
The age for marathon relay is above 15 (born before April 20, 1993).
3.
The age for marathon 5 km is above 13 (born before April 20, 1995).
(2) Physical Condition Requirement
1. Entrants must be healthy, and by professional training or perennial running exerciser;
2. The athletes must be examined by the medical sector for physical inspection, and the sector verifies they are in good health and fit to participate in the race;
3. Entrants with the following diseases should not participate in the race:
(a) Congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease;
(b) Hypertension and cerebral vascular diseases;
(c)
Myocarditis and other heart disease;
(d)
Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia;
(e) Diabetes mellitus with too high or too little glucose;
(f) Others that is not fit for sports.
(3) Way of Registration
1. The entrant must register in individual or in groups. And each one must fill in personal registration form. When registering, the athletes must submit the personal registration form and the health certificate provided by the medical departments above the county level. Registration in groups should stamp units Seal (attached personal registration form).
2. For the small student athletes signed up for the marathon race, the school should unify to organize the registration. The school should stamp seals for the registration form and then the student athletes can participate.
(4) Charging Standard of Registration
1. Charging standard of registration from March 3 to March 30:
(a) Entrants from domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and from the city of Dalian, the registration fees of full range marathon for each person is 40 RMB, registration fees of relay team for each team is 180 RMB, fees of half-marathon for each one is 30 RMB, fees of 5 kilometers for each one is 20 RMB.
(b)
For the foreign entrants, the registration fees of full marathon for each person is 30 US dollars, fees of relay team for each one is 50 US dollars, fees of half-marathon for each one is 20 US dollars, fee of 5 kilometers for each one is 10 US dollars. And the registration fees should be paid to the reception of the Organizing Committee.
2. Charging standard of registration from April 1 to April 5:
Entrants from domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and from the city of Dalian, the registration fees for each marathon events increase 50 RMB on the basis of original charging standard; and for the foreign entrants, the registration fees for each events increase 5 US dollars.
3. After April 6, the registration convention will no longer accept the registration fees.

2. Time for receiving related race articles
The entrants should rely on “receiving bar code card of the race article” to receive related race articles at the convention registration site. No barcode on the card are invalid, and if it is overdue, we will not accept it.
Time for receiving articles:
Time for the Dalian athletes is from April 14 to April 17 (9:00 am-17:00 pm);
Time for the athletes from other provinces and cities is from April 17 to April 18 (9:00 am-17:00 pm);
Time for the foreign athletes from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan is from April 17 to April 18 (9:00 am-17:00 pm)
